Newly engaged Ariana Grande has just dropped the music video for her amazing new collaboration with rapper Nicki Minaj, 'the light is coming'.

The 'moody' music video only dropped late last night, but it has already had over 2.5 million views, however the response from her fans has been very mixed. Hundreds of fans have left comments saying they weren't 'feeling it', however others said they loved it with one saying, 'Ariana is a QUEEN 😍😍💗👑👑'.

'the light is coming' is the follow up to Ariana's number 2 single 'No Tears Left to Cry', and Nicki Minaj's recent single 'Bed', featuring Ariana. Just days after teasing new details about her forthcoming album 'Sweetener', Ariana released 'the light is coming' telling her fans they could now download the track. She wrote, 'the light is coming feat @nickiminaj out now 🌫 ♡ 💡 https://arianagrande.lnk.to/sweetener.' sic

Fans of Ariana has been patiently waiting for the collaboration to drop, after Ariana first teased the new single back in May, however the decision was taken to drop 'Bed' first.

It's a very unusual music video with most of it filmed in darkness, watch the full music video for 'the light is coming' below.

Away from music Ariana has recently got engaged to Saturday Night Live cast member Pete Davidson. Pete confirmed the exciting news in an interview on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon recently to confirm the exciting news saying, "Being engaged to Ariana Grande is lit".

Pete said he found it weird that people were interested in their engagement, but he's noticed people bowing and tipping their cap. He also revealed that one person had even told him, "You give me hope"! Watch the full interview below.

This was the first time either Ariana or Pete has discussed their rumoured engagement, just a few weeks after they started dating.

As well as getting engaged the couple have also moved in together and Pete got two tattoos as a tribute to his fiancée.
