Miley Cyrus performs 'Flowers' for the first time and debuts a new track 🎶

This year has been quite the year for Miley Cyrus, after smashing the charts with her huge comeback, Grammy-nominated song 'Flowers', released on her ex-husband's birthday, she went on to release several more hits including 'Used To Be Young', along with her album 'Endless Summer Vacation'.
Despite revealing she has no plans to tour her latest album, Miley has debuted her song 'Flowers' at a private event in Los Angeles 10 months after its release.
The singer took to the stage at Chateau Marmont, a hotel on Sunset Boulevard, Los Angeles, where she was performing wearing a black dress, accompanied by a small band. A video of her performance was shared on X, formerly Twitter, where she can be seen encouraging her audience to sing along with her.
During Miley's private performance she also debuted a new, untitled track to her audience. Despite not knowing the song the audience could be heard cheering the singer as she sang: "Don’t leave me high/Don’t let me down/‘Cause I want you more."
'Flowers' has recently been nominated for a several Grammys including Record of the Year, Song of The Year, and Best Solo Performance, her album has also been nominated for two awards as well as the singer being nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
Despite the success of 'Flowers' Miley admitted earlier this year that she had no intention to tour her latest album. Opening up on TikTok, the 30-year-old explained how touring impacts her ability to be a songwriter, which is her 'priority'.
Miley explained: "What people don't really understand about touring is that the show is only 90 minutes, but that's your life. If you're performing at a certain level of intensity and excellence, there should be an equal amount of recovery and rest.
"There's a level of ego that has to play a part, that I feel gets overused when I'm on tour and once that switches on, it's hard to turn it off. And I think when you're training your ego every single night to be active, that's the hardest switch for me to turn off."
She continued: "Having every day the relationship between you and other humans being subject and observer isn't healthy for me because it erases my humanity and my connection. And without my humanity and my connection, I can't be a songwriter, which is my priority."
