Nicki Minaj Tweets about Anaconda not being nominated for a VMA, Taylor Swift think's she's dissing her.

It looks like there might be bad blood between Taylor Swift and Nicki Minaj.

After Nicki Minaj took to Twitter on Tuesday to complain about her VMA snub for Video of The Year, one particular, Taylor Swift - whose hit 'Bad Blood' has been nominated in the category - decided that Nicki was aiming some shade her way and decided to respond a tweet aimed at MTV, which said:

"If your video celebrates women with very slim bodies, you will be nominated for vid of the year."

Taylor hit back saying "I've done nothing but love & support you. It's unlike you to pit women against each other. Maybe one of the men took your slot."

A clearly confused Minaj replied to Taylor, explaining that her Tweets were never aimed at the Shake It Off singer. "Huh? U must not be reading my tweets. Didn't say a word about u. I love u just as much. But u should speak on this" she said.

Making a wider point about racism in the music industry, Minaj continued to show her feelings by retweeting and favouriting messages from her fans.

She again tweeted Taylor saying “@taylorswift13 I'm still confused as to why u just tweeted me when I made it abundantly clear…” to which, Taylor responded by offering her a spot on the stage if she wins”If I win, please come up with me!! You’re invited to any stage I’m ever on”.

Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and Beyoncé lead the pack with the most VMA nods this year. The event, which takes place on 31st August, will be hosted by Miley Cyrus.
