As well as bosses confirming the news, starring cast members have also taken to their socials to buzz over the show's return.

Sharing an image of starring cast members such as Brianne Howey (who plays the infamous Georgia), Antonia Gentry (who plays Ginny) and Felix Mallard (who plays Marcus) smiling with their brand new scripts, bosses wrote: 'Happy first day of filming of season 3!!! 🥰🍑🎬'. (sic)

The image also confirmed the return of characters such as Zion (played by Nathan Mitchell), Paul (played by Scott Porter), Max (played by Sara Waisglass), Joe (played by Raymond Ablack) and Ellen (played by Jennifer Robertson).

Also appearing in the welcomed cast photo is Sabrina Grdevich - who plays the role of Cynthia - amping up the excitement following the dramatic ending to season two, which saw Georgia arrested for the murder of Cynthia's husband, Tom.

When will Ginny & Georgia season three be released?

There is no confirmed date for the release of Ginny & Georgia season three just yet. With filming beginning in April 2024, it is widely thought that the new season will be with us around summer 2025.
