Cardi B has revealed that she's been forced to pull out of supporting Bruno Mars on the final leg of his world tour. Cardi B, who gave birth to her first child two weeks ago, was due to support Bruno on the tour on the last part of his tour in North America which started on Wednesday in Las Vegas (25th July), but has been forced to pull out of the show.

Cardi, who collaborated with Bruno on a remix of his track 'Finesse' in January this year, gave birth to daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus on 10th July, and was preparing to join Bruno on his tour around the States - but has now revealed she won't be taking part.

Taking to her social media pages, Cardi - whose real name is Belcalis Almanzar - revealed that she thought she would be recovered and well enough from giving birth to perform, but has now admitted that's not the case.

She wrote, 'I thought that after giving birth to my daughter that six weeks would be enough time for me to recover mentally and physically. I also thought that I’d be able to bring her with me on tour, but I think I underestimated this whole mommy thing.

'Not only am I just not ready physically, I’m not ready to leave my baby behind since the doctors explained it's not healthy for her to be on the road. I hope you guys understand that this decision has been the hardest to make but I have to do what's best for myself and my baby!'

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West

Kim Kardashian and her husband Kanye West welcomed their third child via a surrogate in January. The couple later confirmed they've called her Chicago West.

She ended the message by thanking Bruno for being "so supportive and understanding," to which the '24K Magic' singer responded with his own message, writing, 'Most important thing is you and your family's health. I know the fans will understand. I also know we'll share the stage when the time is right.

'We love you Cardi and we will play track Bodak Yellow every night in your honour. Please give your baby girl a hug from me and a hug on behalf of everyone on The 24K Magic Tour.'

Of course, fans went wild for the wonderful exchange, commenting on both posts and praising the musicians for being so kind towards each other.

Whilst Cardi has not yet shared any photos of baby Kulture, she did share a photo of herself and husband Offset - real name Kiari Kendrell Cephus - going for a doctor's visit a week after giving birth.

This comes after Cardi's reported enemy Nicki Minaj extended an olive branch towards the rapper after she'd given birth, gifting her with an extravagant baby basket which was apparently worth $5,000.

Congratulations to the family!
