Man charged with causing death by dangerous driving following Gainsborough collision

A man's been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a crash in Gainsborough.

A 38 year man died after the collision on Riseholme road in September 22nd last year..

One other person was also hurt.

Now a 39 year old man from the Gainsborough area has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving plus causing serious injury by dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking.

He will appear at Lincoln Magistrates Court on Thursday 23 May.
