The first official photos from the Royal Wedding have been released showing the Duke and Duchess of Sussex with other members of the Royal family including Her Royal Highness Queen Elizabeth.

The photos, taken by Alexi Lubomirski at Windsor Castle, were released by Kensington Palace and show the newlyweds with members of the wedding party.

A second photo shows The Duke and Duchess of Sussex with the Bridesmaids and Page Boys who include the couple's niece and nephew Princess Charlotte and Prince George. The Bridesmaids and Page Boys were announced a few days before the big day and include a total of six Bridesmaids between the ages of two and seven, and four Page Boys aged four to seven.

A further photo taken in black and white, shows the happy couple on the steps outside the chapel where they got married, as the Duke sits behind his new bride, he has his hand gently resting on the Duchess's shoulder.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, now known as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, married at St George's Chapel, Windsor Castle on Saturday the 19th May. Watch a clip from the ceremony below, where Prince Harry tells that she looks amazing.

Guests at the Royal Wedding included the likes of Elton John, David and Victoria Beckham, George and Amal Clooney, musician James Blunt, actor Idris Elba, and American TV host Oprah Winfrey. See some of the celebrities in the gallery below.

As well as some of the famous faces attending Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's special day, the couple also invited a number of members of the public. Earlier this year Kensington Palace said 2,640 people will be invited into the grounds of Windsor Castle to watch the arrivals of the Bride and Groom.

Watch the moment the couple had their first married kiss on the steps of St George's Chapel.
