On every series of The X Factor, when the contestants move into a luxury house and live with each other, rumours of potential relationships always start to hot up... and it's no different this year.

Apparently Matt Linnen and Grace Davies had a little fling, and now everyone’s keen for Holly Tandy and Sean from Sean and Conor Price to become a couple.

They’ve seemingly been getting closer in the contestants' house and fans are now calling for them to ‘get together’.

16-year-old Holly and 17-year-old Conor have reportedly been spending a lot of time together and often pose for selfies together, prompting fans to comment that they’d make a ‘great couple’.

Under a group picture on Instagram, one fan wrote, 'Sean and holly would make a good couple as well.' sic

Another added, 'Holly and Sean should go out.'

One more fan wrote, 'I don't know why but I ship Holly and Sean together.'

Who can forget all of the past X Factor romances! We have the likes of Eoghan Quigg and Diana Vickers in 2008, and Ryan Lawrie and Emily Middlemass from last year's series.

In other X Factor news, the remaining contestants are gearing up for the third live shows of the series this weekend.

Despite Kevin Davy White wowing the public with his rendition of George Michael's 'Fast Love' last Saturday, it was Welshman Lloyd Macey who won the 'Prize Fight' round. Lloyd won the chance to open the show for Little Mix when they perform at the 02 Arena in London later this month.
