If like us you are completely obsessed with Love Island again this year, you'll probably be glued to the TV screen every night waiting for some new drama to go down. However, have you noticed that the Islanders pretty much NEVER use that amazing looking infinity pool in the villa?

As the show is filmed out in Mallorca, temperatures often soar, but the likes of Adam Collard, Laura Anderson, Dani Dyer, Eyal Booker and Samira Mighty don't seem to be making use of the luxury pool.

The stunning villa is situated high up in the hills, on the outskirts of a small town called Sant Llorenç des Cardassar. As well as being a luxury villa with all the amenities, the Love Island villa boasts the biggest private pool in the Balearics.

Well, in case you were wondering why they don't use the pool, it turns out the reason is due the temperature of the water - it's too cold!

According to 2016 Love Island star Kady McDermott that is. Speaking to OK! Online, Kady said, "We didn’t actually get in the pool a lot because it’s so cold. Because we went into the villa at the end of May and it’s just about getting in to summer, the pool hasn’t been heated or anything."

Well that's that cleared up! ❄️
