Idris, who was not exactly a hit with viewers after having a slightly misleading conversation with Laura, has revealed he's "gutted" to be going home, and was upset over the fact that Alexandra didn't choose him as he thought they'd had a "connection."

He said, "I was gutted she picked Alex in the recoupling because I thought me and her had a connection. We got on well but she had to make the right decision for her."

Kieran said that he too is "gutted" to be going home, revealing, "Before I went in there, I thought one of the girls might be swayed but when you get in there you realise how strong some of the couples are."

He was also hoping to start something with Alexandra, and admitted, "I got on with Alexandra and wish she’d chosen me in the recoupling and given me a chance to get into a couple with her. I wanted to spend time with her without Alex and Idris grafting her at the same time."

Love Island continues tomorrow night on ITV2 at 9pm.
