Corrie's Kym Marsh recounts the scary moment her daughter Polly was rushed to hospital

Coronation Street actress Kym Marsh has revealed recently that she had a very scary moment when her daughter Polly struggled to breathe in the middle of the night.
Kym recounted the moment in her recent OK! magazine column when she said,
"There was a bit of a drama in our household last week."
She continued, "Polly started to develop a cough and a cold, but on Wednesday night at 11.30pm she just started gasping for breath."
The actress went to on to say how she had to rush Polly to her local hospital, where she was diagnosed with croup, something that normally only affects children up to the age of three - but Polly is six-years-old.
“It was horrible and her cough sounded like she was sea lion," the mum of four recounted, "I didn’t get to bed until 5am and even then I couldn’t sleep.
“The hospital were brilliant and the staff put Polly at ease because she was terrified. It was really horrible to see,” she continued.
Meanwhile Polly's dad, Kym's ex-husband Jamie Lomas, is Down Under in the I'm A Celebrity jungle. Kym and Jamie are on good terms and she recently revealed they have been following him in the jungle. "I've been watching every night have and I think he’s been doing very well, Polly is just ecstatic because it’s her Dad,” Kym said.
Last night was an emotional episode after the camp mates received their messages from home. Although it was a tough night for Jamie and Iain Lee after they didn't receive their letters.
