Jade Thirlwall hits back at fans who rudely asked if she was pregnant

Little Mix singer Jade Thirlwall has bravely hit back at a number of fans who commented on her latest Instagram uploads, asking if she was expecting her first child with her boyfriend, Rizzle Kicks star Jordan Stephens.
30-year-old Jade, who often keeps her fans up to date with the goings-on in her life on social media, posted a number of stunning photos of herself to Instagram with the caption: '🧡📙🌅🍑'.
In five of the six images, Jade placed her bag in front of her stomach as she posed for the snaps, leading to many fans to comment on the post asking if she was pregnant.
One wrote: 'Stunning but 🤔 am I too suspicious with the positioning of the bag every time??', with another adding: 'Suspect pregnant 🤷🏼♀️'. A third then commented: 'She’s having a baby❤️'. (sic)
Whilst other fans jumped to Jade's defence, the 'Heartbreak Anthem' singer decided to savagely hit back at the comments, saying: 'It appears you can’t put a bag in front of your body without people speculating you’re pregnant lol. I’m not. But if it were me and I wasn’t sure, I wouldn’t spend time commenting on someones body when you have no idea what that person’s circumstances might be 🤷🏽♀️'. (sic)
Jade's comment has since received over 21,000 likes, with many of her fans expressing how beautiful she looks in the photos.
She also took to her Instagram Story to hit back further, writing: 'Off the back of my band mates and sisters having beautiful children I've stopped counting the amount of times I've been asked if I'm 'next', when am I having kids or am I pregnant. I know the majority of that doesn't come from a negative place so I take it with a pinch of salt. But some of you need to chill.
'I'm a thick skinned woman who got a little thicker over the past year and a half and that's okay. So I'm saying this not even for me but to have in mind when commenting or speculating on another person's body; if you don't know their personal experiences or situations.
'The irony is I put the bag in front of my belly cos I was bloated and didn't want people, once again, speculating if I was pregnant'. (sic)

MAY 2020: Jade and Jordan start dating during lockdown
10 months after her split from Jed Elliot, Jade slid into Jordan's Instagram DMs during the Coronavirus lockdown, which led to the pair enjoying a number of dates over Zoom.
Speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show, Jade explained: "I met someone in lockdown. We met on Zoom. I slid into the DMs. Then we had some Zoom dates. No I didn't know him before lockdown. I'm not a very lovey dovey person. It was through a friend. I slid in the DMs. I'd been doing this for quite a while. I kept getting pied left, right and centre.
"Jordan and I did a few Zoom dates in lockdown. We made a joke and said it was business and put suits and ties on and asked each other questions. I did the full shebang, a full suit. Then we had a socially distanced date in Greenwich park, apart from each other just chatting."
JULY 2020: Jade and Jordan attend Black Lives Matter march
After enjoying a number of socially-distanced dates, Jade and Jordan were spotted in public for the first time when they attended the Black Lives Matter march in London at the start of July 2020.
The pair were spotted arm-in-arm as they showed their support for the demonstration, with this fan photo landing on social media.
OCTOBER 2020: Jade confirms Jordan is her boyfriend
During a conversation with legendary drag queen RuPaul, Jade referred to Jordan as her 'boyfriend' for the first time, admitting she fell for him after seeing him dressed in drag for his role in 2019 film Tucked.
In the chat with Ru for Cosmopolitan, Jade explained: "When I first started talking to my boyfriend, I discovered he did a movie where he played a drag queen and I was like, right, that's it. He's perfect. Sign me up! A straight man who's willing to dress in drag and loves being queer and feminine."

In true Jade fashion, the Little Mix singer went Instagram official with Jordan by uploading a snap to her Story of the pair at the supermarket checkout security camera.

Marking one year since she slid into Jordan's DMs on Instagram, Jade shared this cute snap to her Story to celebrate the couple's one-year anniversary.
JUNE 2021: Jade shares footage of Jordan dancing
Jade delighted her in June 2021 by uploading a rare video alongside boyfriend Jordan. The clip showed Jordan dancing away to a track she wrote for K-Pop band TWICE.
SEPTEMBER 2021: Jade and Jordan attend London Fashion Week together
Looking seriously loved-up, Jade and Jordan were in the audience at the Richard Malone x Mulberry show at London Fashion Week in September 2021.
Jade wore a beautiful navy blue mini dress with a high neck and some statement cut-out sleeves and tie waist, whilst Jordan wore a matching utility jacket and trousers along with a lighter blue shirt.

Showing their creative sides during Halloween in 2021, Jade and Jordan dressed as Marge Simpson and Sideshow Bob for Maya Jama's annual party, with Jade captioning the amazing snap with: 'We killed Homer.'
JANUARY 2022: Jade celebrates Jordan's birthday
As Jordan turned 30 in January 2022, Jade shared this super cute snap of the pair to her Instagram Story, alongside the caption 'Birthday boy', with a love heart'.
APRIL-MAY 2022: Jordan supports Jade on Little Mix's Confetti Tour
After announcing they were going on a hiatus, Jade joined her Little Mix bandmates Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock between April and May 2022, playing dates across the UK on their 'Confetti' Tour.
Jordan supported Jade throughout the shows, being backstage and also being spotted in the crowds, dancing away.

To celebrate Jade's birthday on Boxing Day, Jordan shared an adorable tribute to her on his Instagram Story. Posting a photo of Jade smiling up at the sky, he wrote: 'Happy birthday to this sensational woman. A beautiful soul inside and out. Kind, generous, curious and bold. If someone described me as being like Jade - I'd beam. Love you ❤️.' Too cute 😭
JANUARY 2024: Jade shares a sweet birthday message for Jordan
To celebrate Jordan's 32nd birthday on 25th January, Jade shared an adorable black and white snap to her Instagram Story, along with the super cute caption: 'Hbd to my greatest gift'. (sic)
Meanwhile, after her former Little Mix band mate Leigh-Anne Pinnock has released not one, but two solo hits since Little Mix announced a hiatus, and Perrie Edwards has been teasing fans with upcoming new music, it safe to say Jade is keeping her fans waiting.
In true Jade fashion, the South Shields born singer sarcastically mentioned the potential of any solo news during a recent TikTok video.
Sharing a video of herself lip syncing to Kelly Clarkson's 'Behind These Hazel Eyes', Jade wrote the caption: 'Me posting another TikTok with absolutely no mention of new music'.
However, after adding the words 'Soon' alongside a peace sign emoji, it sounds like we won't have too long left to wait for Jade's solo music!
