Man dies following property fire in Poole
Police are investigating into what happened

A man's died in a flat fire in Poole.
Crews were called to a flat in Thorncombe Close in Canford Heath at in the early hours of Sunday morning (10th September).
A man aged in his 40s was rescued from the address by firefighters and despite the best first aid efforts of emergency services, he sadly died at the scene.
His family has been informed and the Coroner notified.
The occupant of a neighbouring flat was taken to hospital by a relative.
Their condition is not believed to be serious.
An investigation into the cause of the fire and the circumstances surrounding it is ongoing, with police assisting fire investigators in determining the cause of death for HM Coroner.
