Body found in search of missing Portsmouth man

Officers in search of missing Stephen Waring from Portsmouth have found a body in Derbyshire.

Hampshire police say formal identification is yet to take place, but Stephen’s family have been informed and are being supported.

The 58-year-old went missing earlier on this month.

An appeal by the force was launched after there was extreme concern for his welfare.
