After three years of trying to start a family, Made In Chelsea stars Ollie and Gareth Locke delighted fans earlier this year, by announcing they are expecting twins via a surrogate. Now, the reality star has added to the joy by revealing their godmother will be a fellow MIC cast member!

Sharing a snap to Instagram alongside his bestie Sophie Hermann, who joined Made In Chelsea in 2013, Ollie wrote: 'Perfect when we make you buy flights to be with us around the world to make us laugh and drink tequila! We love you @sophiehermann #godmother X'. (sic)

Delighted with the 'godmother' hashtag, many fans took to the comments to share the love, with one writing: 'Fab choice - Fab friendship ❤️' (sic), and another gushing: 'Sophie you’re an absolute darling! So much class… ensure the little girly twin follows in your footsteps. X' (sic)

Shortly after sharing their happy news that they are expecting, the married couple shared the gender of their unborn twins, revealing to HELLO! Magazine they will be welcoming one boy and one girl.

Speaking to the publication, Gareth said: "As we get towards the finish line, it's become very much more real. It felt like our lives were on hold but now it feels like we're moving forward. The babies coming along has reinvigorated everything."

Ollie and Gareth announced the news they were expecting twins in February this year, after discovering their surrogate Bex Ward was pregnant.

Sharing a video, which documented baby scans and FaceTime calls with Bex, Ollie and Gareth wrote on social media: 'We are beyond delighted to finally be able to share the news that we are expecting twin baby Locke-Locke’s into the world this summer!

'You have all been so wonderful throughout the last 3 years of us trying to have a family and we promise to share every step of this adventure with you all. For all those on their own journey to become parents we are with you and sending all the baby dust your way! Thank you to our sensational surrogate @bex7ward for being the most incredible human, the love we have for you and your family is just another level! Xx'. (sic)
