Autumn has just arrived, and with it will come some of our favourite TV shows. We've already seen the likes of Great British Bake Off, The X Factor and Big Brother return to our screens, and NOW it is the turn of the ever popular TV show The Apprentice, which is back for another year in 2018.

When does The Apprentice 2018 start?

Lord Sugar first teased an October start date for The Apprentice back in July, tweeting a reply to a fan which said, 'Apprentice will be back in October'.

Then, finally it was in September that the actual date was confirmed on the official Twitter account of The Apprentice. The tweet read, 'AND WE'RE BACK IN BUSINESS... @Lord_Sugar will see you Wednesday 3rd of October at 9pm on @bbcone! Better start writing those business plans… 📝💰👉 #TheApprentice'.

This year's candidates for The Apprentice have been revealed and they range from a tree surgeon to an IT analyst, and from a tax advisor to an own for a nut milk brand!

Is there a trailer for The Apprentice 2018?

Yes, there is! The Apprentice's latest trailer stars Lord Sugar with a chainsaw wielding Karren Brady, and Claude Littner with a flamethrower!

The Apprentice 2017

Last year, we saw Sarah Lynn and James White make it to the final, however, in a break from tradition, Lord Sugar shocked viewers by making both of the finalists winners! Many viewers of The Apprentice were fuming with the final result.

Was The Apprentice cancelled?

The Apprentice has not been cancelled. The 2018 series will be the 14th series of The Apprentice and it will begin on Wednesday the 3rd October 2018.
