The wait is almost over and it's now less than a month to go until the new series of Love Island returns to ITV2 with host Caroline Flack. Bosses have already given us two ten second teasers, but now the full advert has dropped for the 2018 series, leaving fans very excited!

The new 55 second long trailer shows a bunch of actors on a plane as Iain Stirling says, "Please fasten your seat belts for the ride of your life." As pilot Caroline tells the passengers things are going to get "turbulent", the plane turns into a party with a number of classic Love Island phrases being used without. Watch the trailer below:

Although a number of singletons appear in the video, it's understood that they are just actors and will not be the contestants for this year's series.

But that didn't stop fans of the popular reality show getting very excited...

See what all of the Love Island 2017 contestants are up to now:

Kem Cetinay

Kem won the 2017 series of Love Island with Amber Davies, but after a six-month romance outside of the villa, the pair split.

Despite his love life not working out, winning Love Island acted as a major platform for Kem. Not only did he get his own TV show alongside Chris Hughes, the pair also released a single called 'Little Bit Leave It', gaining them a record deal.

As well as appearing in a number of promotions, Kem also took part in the 2018 series of Dancing On Ice, making it all the way to the semi-final. He has since just completed the Dancing On Ice tour around the UK.

Although no date has been given for the new series, newly engaged host Caroline Flack has teased fans that it will return in June, with Monday 4th June being the favourite.

If like us you can't wait for the fourth series to begin, streaming site Netflix delighted fans earlier this month by adding series one and two to their service.

Anyone else watched them already? 🙈

Fans of the show will be hoping the fourth series brings just as much drama as last year! With Islanders such as Kem Cetinay, Amber Davies, Chris Hughes, Olivia Attwood, Jess Shears and Dom Lever, the show gained massive popularity.

Roll on June! 🌴
