Ed Sheeran is arguably the biggest artist on the planet right now and now he's revealed who he would love to collaborate with.

When asked in an interview with People Magazine, Ed replied, "After having sung with Beyonce, I’d say she’s always top of my list."

The pair performed first together in 2015 for Stevie Wonder: Songs in the Key of Life - An All-Star Grammy Salute. Then again at the Global Citizen Festival later that year.

Ed went on to express his love for the 'Halo' singer when he said, "Even just standing near her onstage makes me look better, just because she’s really that amazing. She has this aura around her of just talent."

Ed added: ‘Rehearsing with her, hearing her sing up close is just a thing to marvel. Even if my career ended tomorrow, I’ll still be able to tell my grandkids that I got to sing with Beyoncé. She will be remembered as one of the greats."

This needs to happen!

Ed popped in for a chat with our Entertainment Team last month and exclusively performed his tracks 'Shape Of You' and 'Castle On The Hill'.

Ed has written a lot of hit songs for other artists including Justin Bieber who he worked with on the number 1 single 'Love Yourself'.

The singer performed the track for us live and it's simply stunning.

Ed's amazing new album '÷' (divide) is out now.
