Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson expecting second baby via surrogate
The pair split in January
As fans of The Kardashians will know, Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson have had a fairly rocky relationship, with the couple recently splitting due to him fathering a child with another woman while he and Khloe were together. Despite their split in January, the pair are now expecting their second baby, however this time through a surrogate.
Khloe Kardashian is expecting her second baby with her ex-boyfriend, with the pair already being parents to their four-year-old daughter True. Confirming the news, Khloe's representative also revealed that the baby was conceived before the pair split. They said: "We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.
"Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing."
The reality star has also asked for "kindness and privacy" following the announcement, in order to allow her to focus on her growing family.
In scenes documented on the famous family's new show The Kardashians, we saw Khloe's heartbreaking reaction to finding out the news, through the Internet, that Tristan had fathered a child with another woman while they were still together.
Tristan released a statement at the time, where he publicly apologised to Khloe. He wrote: 'I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.
'I sincerely apologise to everyone I've hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publicly and privately.'
Then addressing the 38-year-old, he continued: 'Khloe, you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.'
As fans of the famous family will know, this isn't the first time Tristan has come under the spotlight for his unfaithful behaviour. Back in 2019, the basketball player was accused of 'cheating' on Khloe with none other than her sister Kylie's BFF Jordyn Woods.
